Gobblers Lures – Bass Fishing

Join Gobblers Lures for a day on Queensland’s Somerset Dam chasing Australian Bass with Andrew Turnbull from Gobblers & 31 Digital TV’s Fishing the Dream co-host Nigel Middleton. Adam Long and Dean Bliesner from WeFishOz joined us, testing out Gobblers plastics in the freshwater (Video of their day to come). We try Trolling to find the fish, then start dropping plastics among the schools with fantastic results. Many more fish were caught, although the video has been cut down for youtube. Adam and Dean won the friendly comp between our 2 boats, with 14 Bass all up and Nigel and I had a respectable 8 fish to the boat, with many more dropped. Fall bass fishing

Hey guys, these fish were caught 10/24/2012 Just got back from out of town so didnt have time to upload it before i left but had a good day. Caught 2 fish on one square bill and both were over 3 and half pounds! i could not believe it, Have done this before but not fish this size. The trick was to run the crankbait right threw the eel grass and rip it through every time it felt like there was grass on the bait and they would hit it or run it right above the grass on a steady retreave. I was using a rick clunn squarebill in a sexyshad pattern. hope you guys like this video and thanks for watching!

As fish begin to pull off, there is still waves of fish on the bansk, i beat heavy structure where fish will tank the cover for refuge as an ambusgh point, late in the day like when i was fishign it was about 98 degrees, fish slow and find em thick!
