Several 9+’s in the southern glades. Not sure if I ever had any bigger, but Ihave had my share of good fish break off.

  2. josue elias says:

What’s the biggest bass you’ve hooked on too in the Glades?

  3. captainshane100 says:

Huh Probably? C’mon :o) There is a guy in Miami who is a dealer. Not sure about his inventory. His name is Orestes Tico Guas. You can look him up on FB and see what he has. But calling Sam directly at Gheene Mfg. would be the best bet.

  4. SouthboundOutdoors says:

Thank you much Shane! I live down in Hollywood and Ft. Lauderdale. and hope to get a Gheenoe someday.. I already launch my canoe at Holiday Park, but now I want something that packs a bigger punch… BTW: I had no idea you were religious! Now, your probably my favorite Youtuber HANDS Down!

  5. captainshane100 says:

I like to see temps above 67 degrees in the south. warmer is better, but if the water gets too hot then the fishing can be pretty slim as well.

  6. captainshane100 says:

I like the glades for quantity and there are so many places to fish. Toho definately has the quality!!!!

  7. whats12345678910 says:

  8. Stratocaster77771 says:

    For size or quantity?

  9. captainshane100 says:

    Everglades hands down!

  10. Stratocaster77771 says:

    Another awesome video!

  18. captainshane100 says:

Kevin, I bought mine factory direct at Gheene Mfg in Titusville and others at Custom Gheenoe in Titusville. I know they have dealers all over but it would be best to call either Sam Gheen at Gheenoe Mfg. or Pougar at Custom Gheenoe. They would be the best source of information on dealers. There are several gheenoes to choose from but I liked the Custom Gheenoe, Classic Gheenoe and the Super Gheenoe. The super is the one that I had last and it had a center console which was really nice.

  19. SouthboundOutdoors says:

Hey Shane, do you know of any GOOD Gheenoe dealers? And also, what type of Gheenoe should I go for? i will probably use it for camping, fishing, and frogging. I want something stable too. Thanks
    -Kevin

Thumbs up for talking about Jesus on youtube!

  21. captainshane100 says:

10-8 feet. All I ever get are small ones untill the spawn in this particuliar canl.

  22. Christian7thSF says:

How deep is that canal like 6-7 feet? That’s probably why they are so small but then again the senko catches a lot of smal fish.. I’ve been texas rigging the senko and It’s really been catching a lot of fish.

  23. captainshane100 says:

I do my fair share of trips. I actually have two full time professions, one of which is guideing.

  24. captainshane100 says:

I have the right and the ability to remove any comment or viewer in about .0001 seconds :o) But I know what you mean.

  25. One of the things on my bucket list is to fish in Florida, hopefully the BIG O and the Glades.. Are you a full time guide?
