Pretty sure the Japanese did this first, Its called Tenkara. Then you go and snag a fish. Awesome. Great skills right thar. Russians have secret fishing powers that I need to learn. Everywhere in america there are russians breaking our fishing laws.

Except for the accent, they could have been two good ole boys from anywhere in the US. I loved the guy paddling the inflatable boat while being towed by the other guy.

The Captain looks kind of familiar. I’ve been down to Puerto Vallarta 3 times (last time was in the 80’s) and I think the Captain used to be first mate on a boat called the Aquario II.
